Second Reading SB 101 Vote Results from Thursday
SB 101 or the Religious Freedom Restoration Act passed out of Second Reading on Thursday without Amendments. We have received questions about how State Representatives voted for the amendments. Our hope was that there would be no amendments; fortunately, they failed. Here are the results of the amendment votes:
SB 101 will come up for Third Reading in the House on Monday. Since the bill was amended in the House Judiciary Committee, it will go back to the Senate for another vote if it passes out of Third Reading on Monday.
