How did your State Representative vote on third reading of SB 101?
SB 101 or Religious Freedom Restoration Act passed third reading in the Indiana House today. Here is the vote tally, so you may see how your State Representative voted. SB 101’s next stop will be a return trip to the Senate since the bill was amended in the House Judiciary Committee with the following language, “Sec. 11. This chapter is not intended to, and shall not be construed or interpreted to, create a claim or private cause of action against any private employer by any applicant, employee, or former employee.”
If the Senate agrees to the changes with the bill, it will go to the Governor’s office to be signed into law.
