IAHE Freedom Watch
Established in 1983, a primary function of the Indiana Association of Home Educators (IAHE) is to maintain visibility as home educators with civil government leaders and to influence the legislative process. In 2015, IAHE Action was formed to help protect Indiana families. Together, we monitor threats to homeschool freedom and offer programs that educate families and legislators on the benefits of home education.
How to Help
- Be an IAHE Member: When you join the IAHE, you are supporting the work that we do all year long.
- Stay informed: Legislative updates are posted to the IAHE Action Blog or sent via email.
- Volunteer: Do you have an interest in helping our team? Visit our volunteer page and let us know.
- Attend: Homeschool Day at the Capitol is an annual event hosted by the IAHE. It’s a great time to connect with your legislator and let them know how important homeschool freedom is to you.
