Train Your World: Navigating boundaries for Special Needs Families
There’s wisdom in the old adage: “Those who mind don’t matter and those who matter don’t mind”. Often it’s not so simple when it comes to managing a community around children with special needs. This session will boldly encourage families to cultivate an ecosystem with beautiful, fruitful and productive relationships that will help our children grow into the God-loving individual they were created to be. Beginning with the truth that every child is fearfully and wonderfully made, we will discuss how to effectively teach others to communicate and interact with your family in ways that respect and honor your child’s unique needs.
