Let’s Move & Groove: Fun, Kinesthetic Activities That Increase English Mastery

This workshop will focus on strategies and ideas for teaching English by incorporating fun, kinesthetic activities, a component of mastery learning. Through kinesthetics, learning is, actually, expedited. This means using motions, songs, etc., to embed and to expedite the learning of standard English. Attendees participate in active learning, memorable learning, and “do and say” learning that gives children the power to learn 90% faster. Includes discussion of the prepositional approach that makes understanding language concepts “a breeze.”
