These high quality radio theater performances reenact, in the studio, great literature by Dickens, Twain, Austen, and Cervantes. Many accredited universities used this series as a supplement to correspondence college courses. It was an ambitious series that employed famous actors, sound effects, and dramatic music to convey the story in an entertaining manner.
