We are pleased to introduce the IAHE’S newest Board members, Tom & Lisa Heady.

Leaving suburban life twelve years ago, Tom and Lisa settled in rural Arlington (Rush County) where they are happily enjoying country living.  Currently in their 20th year of homeschooling, the Headys have graduated three of their six students.  Their eldest daughter, Julianne, is a nurse living in South Korea with her husband, and the next two sons, Zachary and Joe, are studying selling and sales management at Purdue and nursing in the Indiana University School of Nursing, respectively.   Lisa remains busy teaching the youngest three children, Lauren (18), Ashley (14), and Ben (10). The Headys are active in the music ministry at their church, Indy Proclaim! Speech and Debate Club, 4-H, Indy Eastside Golden Eagles basketball and the Hancock County Children’s Choir.  Tom works as a Strategic Recruiting Liaison at Elanco Animal Health, Greenfield, a division of Eli Lilly and Company, and has worked for Lilly for 28 years.
