Does your family do school in the family room? At the kitchen table? In the backyard?

Do you do field trips? Educational road trips? Service projects?

Isn’t the freedom that homeschoolers have to learn in many different ways incredible? Our homeschool days can involve practicing penmanship at the table, doing math on the trampoline, reading books aloud on the couch, studying bugs outside, and visiting historical sites.

Your family may like to come together so that your children from the youngest to the oldest can learn side-by-side. Maybe your children spend part of their school days working at the counter while you prepare lunch. Your children may absorb their geography lessons best with an enormous map laid out on the floor.

There are endless ways that homeschooling can happen. How has your family been learning together this past year?
